For two (2) years from the date of first public use: Stills and Video, Worldwide, Recognizable, Unrestricted inclusive of but not limited to – all media advertising and editorial uses, trade and consumer, third party retailers, print, out of home (OOH), industrial/theatrical, packaging on all vehicles, point of purchase (POP) / point of sale (POS) / in-store, collateral / free-standing insert (FSI) / magazine and non-magazine coupon use, direct mail, streaming digital platforms, digital tv (DTV), connected tv (CTV), television (TVC) / linear / broadcast Video, Worldwide, Recognizable, All electronic/digital/internet media, social, e-commerce/e-retail, paid/organic, QR code initiatives, public relations (PR) / corporate use / internal use, behind the scenes (BTS), and owned channels in perpetuity (no new posts after the initial 2-year term; but there is no requirement to monitor and remove uses that have been posted or otherwise deployed during the initial 2-year term)
